Products must be returned unused, unmodified and in as new, resalable condition.
Products must be in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that was shipped with the item.
Proof of purchase (your order number) is required for all returns.
Special order or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless defective or not as described.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, notify AutoMegaStore within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
CHANGE OF MIND:
For returns due to change of mind, items must meet all return conditions, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to returns due to change of mind to cover handling and processing costs.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your item has been damaged in transit, please provide your order number, images or a video clearly showing the damage and contact us [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
RETURN PROCESS:
Submit a return request by email to [email protected] within the return period, including your order number, full name, contact information, reason for return, and images of the product.
Wait for return approval and instructions from AutoMegaStor Customer Service Team.
Once approved, repack the item securely and send it back to the address provided.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
REFUND METHOD:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If that's not possible, a store credit or exchange will be offered.
EXCLUSIONS:
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
AutoMegaStore reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
