Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which size wheel to order?
Measure your existing wheel before ordering. Check the overall wheel diameter, shaft diameter, shaft depth and tyre width.
The most important fitment points are the shaft diameter and shaft depth, as these determine whether the wheel will fit your axle correctly.
Is the 10 inch wheel the same as a 4.10/3.50-4?
The 10 Inch wheel is the most likely match if your old tyre is marked 4.10/3.50-4.
Tyre markings are still only a guide, so please confirm your old wheel has a 16mm bore / axle size and around 5cm shaft depth / hub length before ordering.
What is the shaft diameter?
The shaft diameter is the size of the hole through the centre of the wheel where the axle passes through.
The 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch and 13 inch wheels have a 16mm shaft diameter. The 16 inch and 16 inch Extra Wide wheels have a 25mm shaft diameter.
What is the shaft depth?
Shaft depth is the width of the centre hub section where the axle runs through the wheel.
This needs to suit the axle setup on your trolley, cart, sack truck or wheelbarrow.
What load rating do these wheels have?
Load rating varies by size.
The 6 inch wheel is rated to 100kg, the 8 inch wheel is rated to 100kg, the 10 inch wheel is rated to 136kg, the 13 inch wheel is rated to 136kg, the 16 inch wheel is rated to 210kg, and the 16 inch Extra Wide wheel is rated to 210kg.
Are these wheels puncture proof?
Yes. These are solid rubber no-flat wheels, so they do not require air and cannot be punctured like a pneumatic tyre.
Are these wheels sold individually or as a pair?
These wheels are sold individually.
If you need to replace two wheels, select the correct size and add a quantity of two to your cart.
