Castrol Heavy Duty Coolant Test Strips have been specifically designed to monitor the glycol concentration and corrosion inhibitor levels of Castrol Premium Cool Plus during service. It may be used with other hybrid technology coolants, and conventional U.S style coolants where there is a need to monitor Nitrite/Molybdate levels and glycol percentage.
Dip strip for 1 second, remove. Shake excess fluids off strip. At 15 seconds after strip, compare freeze point/boil point (end pad) and acid corrosion test pads to colour chart. Estimate results if colours on test pads fall between two colour blocks.
