AUTOMEGASTORE USES THE FOLLOWING COURIERS

Delivery Information

Shipping is a flat fee of $9.95, there may occasionally be an extra freight charge if items purchased are heavy, bulky, dangerous goods (DG) or being delivered to a regional or remote location, but we will notify you via email if this occurs. At AutoMegaStore we ship from various warehouses around Australia and use a range of couriers and postal services depending on your location & the item/s purchased. These include Australia Post, Couriers Please and Airroad. We suggest all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, this may be your home or work and will minimise any re-delivery delays and/or extra charges.

CITY & RURAL AREAS

Will I be notified with tracking updates?

Yes, tracking updates will be emailed to your nominated email address & you will updated along the way from when the parcel is dispatched, to when it arrives at your door step. You can follow it all the way via our tracking platform by following the details specified in the email

How Long does it take to ship my order?

We pride ourselves in dispatching orders within 24 hours of receipt of order, if received before noon we can more often than not dispatch the SAME day. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be despatched on the following Monday. If orders are placed on a public holiday, orders will be despatched on the next business day. (Except over Xmas/New Year where we take a break & are closed) Sometimes an item may have a despatch time other than a 24 hour despatch, e.g: 3-5 day despatch, this means your item will be despatched within the 3 -5 business days, as it is an item that needs to be procured by our warehouse team.

Damaged/Leaky goods

Our warehouse team pack with the utmost care to prevent damage or leakage to your parcel but sometimes (its very rare) whilst in transit, mishaps occasionally happen and damage can occur, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number & images of the damage and we will resolve immediately.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers?

Yes, We use Australia Post to deliver to PO boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Do you offer pickups?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer customer pick ups

Will I receive Order confirmations /Tracking updates?

Yes, your order confirmation will be emailed once you have gone through the checkout process. Tracking details will be emailed to your nominated email address once the order has been despatched - you can track your parcel using the designated tracking platform specified in your email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received these emails, but if you still cannot locate them please feel free to contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Will I receive a tax invoice with my goods?

Yes, you will receive a tax invoice as part of your order confirmation.
