Dupli-Color Matte Daytona Yellow Custom Wrap Removable Coating 312g

Dupli-Color® Custom Wrap is specifically formulated for automotive customization. Custom Wrap provides a smooth, professional looking finish that resists the wear and tear of daily driving. To try a new colour or go back to the original surface, this exclusive formulation also features our EZ Peel® Technology for quick removal. Ideal for application over: OEM painted surfaces, aluminium, metal, chrome, and plastic.

Directions:

1. PREP: Prepare surface by removing dirt, wax and grease using a grease and wax remover, then let dry. Do not scuff the surface prior to application. Surround areas do not have to be masked off. After application simply remove the product from the areas it is not desired by peeling or wiping away with a clean dry cloth. For personal safety it is recommended that headlights, taillights, and side mirrors be masked off when applying paint to any adjacent area. When using Custom Wrap on wheels, it is recommended to mask-off the tires and callipers. Use at temperatures between 65°F (18°C) and 90°F (32°C) and when humidity is less than 70%. Do not apply paint in direct sun or windy conditions.
2. SHAKE: Shake can vigorously for one full minute after mixing ball moves freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
3. APPLY: To spray, hold can parallel at 8-10 inches from the surface to be painted and use in an even, sweeping motion. Apply 1 thin coat of Custom Wrap followed by 4-5 medium coats. It is recommended to apply 4-6 coats for an easy removal. The addition of more coats will increase the ease of removal even further. Allow 5 minutes between coats. Dries to the touch in 30 minutes. Can be handled in 1 hour. Recoat at any time.

Ez Peel Removal:

To remove Custom Wrap use fingers to peel up the edge of the dried product. Continue to peel product until completely removed. For optimal peel it is recommended that Customer Wrap be removed or recoated approximately 6 months after initial application. Areas where Custom Wrap coverage was applied too light can be removed with a clean, dry cloth by wiping in a back-and-forth motion. Test a small area of the surface intended for application prior to full application to ensure the product will peel away properly without damaging the surface.

• After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out.
• If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up.
• Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
