Dupli-Color Metalcast Green Anodized 312g

Dupli-Color® Metalcast Anodized Color turns ordinary chrome pieces into a bright, transparent-coloured metallic finish in an easy one-step process. Metalcast is a durable enamel finish that is oil, gas, and heat resistant up to 500°F intermittently, making it ideal for interior, exterior, and high heat applications under the hood. Specially formulated to work over properly prepared shiny, bare metal and faux, chrome-like surfaces.

Directions:

1. PREP: Clean and degrease chrome or bright metal surfaces with a Dupli-Color prep product. Mask-off any areas to protect from overspray. DO NOT SAND OR SCUFF CHROME SURFACE.
2. SHAKE: Shake can for one full minute after mixing ball moves freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use. Ideal application conditions are when temperatures are between 60°F (15°C) to 85°F (29°C) and when humidity is less than 60%. Do not apply paint in direct sunlight.
3. APPLY: Hold can 8-10 inches from the surface and apply 4-5 light even coats to not run the paint. Colour will darken with each coat to achieve desired look. Apply all coats within 1 hour, allowing 10 minutes between coats. Additional coats after 1 hour, wait 7 days for paint to cure. Dries to the touch in 1 hour. Can be handled in 3 hours.

• Provides a transparent-coloured metallic finish to prepared shiny metal, faux and chrome-like surfaces. Ideal for interior and exterior purposes.
• Heat resistant up to 500°F (260°C) intermittently.
• The EZ Touch Nozzle requires 50% less finger fatigue than a standard nozzle and allows for greater coverage and less overspray.
• After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out.
• If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up.
• Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
