Lion Puncture Repair Plugs for Tubeless Tyres 3pk

Suitable for tubeless tyres only.

Easy to plug punctures to tubeless tyres.

3 piece pack of tyre repair plugs only.

Directions:

1. Find puncture, remove object and inflat tyre to 35-40 pounds.

2. Put about 2 drops of cement on tip of needle and insert bare tool into puncture (Needle and cement not included in this pack). Rapidly work tool up and down in hole until the tool moves in and out easily. The inside of the puncture is now clean and ready for the repair.

3. Thread one plug through the eye of the tool so that one half of the plug is on either side of the eye. Coat about 1/2 the plug on either side of the needle with cement and insert into puncture.

4. Push in until only about 1/2" of the plug remains outside, then slowly pull the needle out of the hole. Check for leaks with soapy water. If it leaks, repeat steps 2 and 3 with additional plug(s).

5. Using diagonal-cutting pliers (pliers not included), cut plug flush with tread, and the tyre is now ready for immediate use. The repair will quickly vulcanise automatically and become a permanent part of the tyre.

Caution: 

To repair large hole, it may be necessary to use up to two plugs. It is not recommended to repair any puncture larger than 1/2". In case of larger holes, a professional tyre repair should be made by your local tyre centre.
