Lion Ratchet Tie Down Industrial Grade 50mm x 6m 900Kg L/C

Australian Standard Approved - Conforms to Standard AS/NZS 4380:2001

50mm x 6m Polyester Webbing.

900Kg Lashing Capacity.

Made in Taiwan.

Directions to take up Slack:

1. Insert strap through SLOT and pull up slack.

2. Push down and pull up HANDLE to work the ratchet, this will tightne strap.

3. Push HANDLE down to lock. Now tie-down is locked.

Directions to Release Lever:

1. Pull back HANDLE to "A" position as shown in diagram (on back of packaging).

2. Press QUICK RELEASE to "B" full open position.

3. Remove strap from SLOT.

Caution:

- Must not be used for lifting.

-  Do not exceed LC of 900kg.

- Never stand in direct path of tensioned load.

- Protect webbing from sharp edges, heat and alkalis.

- Always inspect strap prior to use. Do not use if hardware is damaged or webbing is cut, worn or frayed.

- Check tie downs every 3km as loads shift and resettle.

- Area of attachement to trailer or vehicles must be sufficient strength to hold load.

- For maximum strength, hooks and buckles must be in line with direction of pull, avoid twisting of webbing.

- Failure to comply with warnings may result in personal injusry and/or cargo damage.
