Lion Rubber Tubeless Radial Puncture Repair Kit.

Kit Includes: x8 Plugs, x1 Needle Tool, x1 Rubber Patch Cement 12g

Purpose: For emergency tubeless tyre repairs only.

Caution: To repair large hole, it may be necessary to use up to two plugs. We do nto recommend the repair of any puncture larger than 13mm. In case of larger holes, please have the tyre repaired professionally.

Directions:

1. Find Puncture, remove object and inflate tyre to 35-40psi (206-275kPa).

2. Put about 2 drops of cement on tip of needle and insert bare needle into puncture. Rapidly work needle up and down in hole until the tool moves in and out easily. The inside of the puncture is noe clean and ready for the repair.

3. Thread one plug through the eye of the needle so that approx. 3mm of the thick end of the plug sticks out of the tool. (Figure imaged provided on back of packaging for reference). For easy threading, damopen the tip of the plug as you would sewing threads.

4. Coat plug on either side of the needle with cement and insert needle with thick end down into puncture. Push through until you feel needle pop through the inside of tyre rubber, then SLOWLY pull the needle out of the hole leaving plug seated with tapered end protruding from outside of tyre. (Figure image provided on back of packaging for reference). Check for leaks with soapy water. If it leaks, repeat steps 2 and 3 with additional plug.

5. Using diagonal-cutting pliers, cut plug flush with tread of tyre. The tyre is now ready for immediate use. The repair will quickly vulcanize automatically and become a permanent part of the tyre.
