VHT High Performance Enamel Quick Coat Clear 312g

VHT Quick Coat™ Enamel is a premium-quality coating, which provides extra hide and durability for interior or exterior applications. This tough and durable coating prevents rust and corrosion on properly prepared surfaces and is fast drying. VHT Quick Coat™ Enamel provides a rich weather-resistant gloss finish to wood, metal, sealed plaster, and masonry surfaces.

Directions:

1. PREP: Prepare the surface by removing loose paint, dirt, rust, wax, and grease using a quality grease and wax remover. Lightly sand the surface with 320-grit sandpaper or equivalent for maximum adhesion. Wipe down the surface again with grease and wax remover, then let dry. Mask-off surrounding areas to protect from overspray. Use at temperatures between 60°F (16°C) and 95°F (35°C) and when humidity is less than 60%. Do not apply paint in direct sunlight.
2. SHAKE: Shake can vigorously for one full minute after mixing ball moves freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
3. APPLY: If bare metal is exposed, apply VHT Prime Coat primer first. To spray, hold can parallel and 8-10 inches from the surface to be painted and use in an even, sweeping motion. Apply 2 light coats followed by 1 medium wet coat. For additional coats after one hour, wait 7 days for paint to cure. Dried to the touch in 20 minutes and can be handled in 3 hours.

• After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out.
• If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up.
• Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
