VHT High Temperature Wheel Paint Matte Clear Coat 312g

VHT Wheel Paint provides a great finish and real protection for all standard and custom wheels. Everyday wheels take a beating both on and off the road. Salt, sand, brake dust and rocks severely damage the appearance and protection of the wheel surface. This unique product resists chipping, cracking, and fading, while protecting the wheel surface from oxidation, and is available in seven popular colours, plus clear coat.

Directions:

1. PREP: Allow VHT Wheel Paint Colour 30 minutes to dry before applying VHT Gloss Wheel Clearcoat. Prepare surface by removing loose paint, dirt, rust, grease, wax, etc, then let dry. For best results use a grease and wax remover to clean the surface. Lightly scuff/sand the surface with 600-grit sandpaper or equivalent wet or dry. Wipe surface down again with grease and wax remover. Mask-off surrounding areas to protect from overspray. Use at temperatures between 60°F (16°C) and 95°F (35°C) and when humidity is less than 60%.
2. SHAKE: Shake can vigorously for one full minute after mixing ball moves freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
3. APPLY: To spray, hold can parallel and 8-10 inches from the surface to be painted and use in an even, sweeping motion. To avoid runs and sags, apply in 2 lights coats, followed by one medium wet coat. Apply all coats within 1 hour, allowing 10 minutes between each coat. For additional coats after 1 hour, wait 7 days to paint to cure. Dries to the touch in 20 minutes and can be handled in 3 hours.

• Ideal for aluminium wheels, steel wheels, plastic hubcaps, and centre caps.
• The EZ Touch Nozzle requires 50% less finger fatigue than a standard nozzle and allows for greater coverage and less overspray.
• After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out.
• If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up.
• Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
