Dupli-Color Acrylic Enamel Clear Coat 340g

Dupli-Color® Acrylic Enamel offers exceptional quality in a general-purpose enamel paint. A high-solids acrylic enamel formulation delivers the ultimate in protection, gloss and colour retention while delivering maximum coverage on metal, wood, and fiberglass surfaces.

Directions:

1. PREP: Prepare surface by removing loose paint, dirt, rust, grease, wax, etc. Use Dupli-Color Prep Spray PS100 to clean surface. Light sand surface with 600-grit sandpaper, wet or dry. Wipe surface down again using Dupli-Color Prep Spray PS100. Mask-off surrounding areas to protect from overspray. Use at temperatures between 60°F (16°C) and 95°F (35°C) and when humidity is less than 60-70%.
2. SHAKE: Shake can vigorously for one full minute after mixing ball moved freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
3. APPLY: Apply Dupli-Color Acrylic Enamel Clearcoat within one hour of Dupli-Color Acrylic Enamel Colour Coat. To spray, hold can parallel and 8-10 inches from surface to be painted and use in an even, sweeping motion. Apply 2 light coats, followed by one medium wet coat. Apply all coats within 1 hour, allowing 10 minutes between each coat. For additional coats after 1 hour, wait 7 days for paint to cure. Dries to the touch in 30 minutes and can be handled in 1 hour.

• The EZ Touch Nozzle requires 50% less finger fatigue than a standard nozzle and allows for greater coverage and less overspray.
• After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out.
• If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up.
• Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
