Dupli-Color Shadow Chrome Black-Out Kit (Black/Clear) Kit

Dupli-Color® Shadow® Chrome Black-Out Coating is a two-can system that creates the popular look of black chrome on polished metal or chrome surfaces for cars, trucks, and motorcycles. The system includes a translucent, black basecoat that casts a dark shadow effect. The clear topcoat is for added gloss, depth and protection from the elements. Shadow is resistant to brake dust, road abrasion, chipping and fading, making it ideal for chrome wheels, bumpers, interior/exterior trim, accessories and under hood components.

Kit Contents:

• Black-Out Base Coat 312g x1
• Clear Coat 312g x1

Directions:

1. PREP: Prepare surface by removing dirt, wax and grease using a quality grease and wax remover or Dupli-Color Prep Spray.
2. BASE: Apply Shadow Base Coat in 2-3 light coats or until desired effect is achieved. Each additional coat will give a darker appearance. Allow 20 minutes between coats. Dries to the touch in 30 minutes. Can be handled in 1 hour.
3. CLEAR: Apply Shadow Clear Coat in 2-3 light coats allowing 20 minutes between coats. Apply 1-2 heavier wet coats allowing 20 minutes between coats. Dries to the touch in 1 hour. Can be handled in 4-5 hours.
