Dupli-Color Copper Plate Coating 2 Can Kit

Dupli-Color® Copper Plate Coating is a two-can system that creates a deep copper effect over high quality polished metal or true chrome surfaces for cars, trucks, and motorcycles. The system includes a translucent copper base coat that creates a deep copper effect and a clear topcoat that adds gloss, depth, and protection from the elements. Dupli-Color® Copper Plate Coating Kit is resistant to brake dust, road abrasion, chipping, and fading, making it ideal for chrome wheels, bumpers, interior/exterior trim, & accessories.

Kit Includes:

• Copper Plate Base Coat 312g x1
• Clear Coat 312g

Directions:

1. PREP: Prepare surface by removing loose dirt, rust, wax, and grease using a quality grease and wax remover. Mask-off surrounding areas to protect from overspray.
2. BASE: Apply Copper Plate Base Coat in light even coats until desired colour is achieved. Each additional coat will give a deeper colour. Allow 10 minutes between each coat. Dries to the touch in 30 minutes. Can be handles in 1 hour.
3. CLEAR: Apply Copper Plate Clear Coat in 2-3 light coats allowing 10 minutes between coats. Apply 1-2 heavier wet coats allowing 20 minutes between coats. Dries to the touch in 1 hour.
