VHT High Temperature Roll Bar and Chassis Paint Satin Black 312g

VHT Roll Bar & Chassis Paint is a unique, one-step protective coating that dries in minutes and does not require the use of primer. VHT Roll Bar & Chassis Paint provides an exceptional rust, corrosion, and chemical-resistant finish. Ideal for use on roll bars, grille guards, nerf bars, frames, and suspension components. It gives the appearance of a tough baked-on finish that is chemical, corrosion, rust, and salt resistant.

Directions:

1. PREP: Prepare surface by removing loose paint, dirt, rust, grease, wax, etc. Use grease and wax remover to clean surface. Lightly sand surface with 320-grit sandpaper or scuff pad. Wipe surface down again with grease and wax remover. Mask-off surrounding areas to protect from over spray. For best results, apply product at the ideal temperature range of 55°F (12.8°C) to 75°F (24°C) and below 60% humidity. Applying outside of these conditions may impact finish.
2. SHAKE: Shake can until ball inside begins to rattle, then shake for an additional 2 minutes. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
3. APPLY: To spray, hold can parallel and 8-10 inches from the surface to be painted and use in an even, sweeping motion. Apply 2 light coats, followed by one medium wet coat. Apply all coats within 1 hour, allowing 10 minutes between each coat. For additional coats after 2 hours, wait 2 days for paint to cure. Dries to the touch in 20 minutes. Handle in 3 hours.

• Withstands temperatures up to 250 (121).
• The EZ Touch Nozzle requires 50% less finger fatigue than a standard nozzle and allows for greater coverage and less overspray.
• After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out.
• If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up.
• Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
