Threebond Liquid Gasket 100G Black - Hi Temp
This Threebond RTV Silicone Liquid Gasket is High Temp and Pressure resistant silicone for all difficult and prblem sealing areas.

Applications:
Exhaust manifolds, flanges on turbo and manifold metal clad oil seals, oxygen sensor safe. Resistant up to 320°C, LLC resistant, oil and fluid resistant.
Directions:
- Clean flange surfaces with Threebond Super Cleaner (6602T-480) and wipe clean with methylated spirits. Ensure a dry, oil free surface.
- Apply a 3mm bead to one surface and around bolt holes and areas of the sealing surface.
- Assemble flanges as silicone starts to become tack approx 5-7minutes.
- Tighten to specific torque.
- Allow 24 hours for full cure prior to testing the sealing capabilities.
