VHT Nite-Shades Lens Paint Red 283g

VHT™ Nite-Shades™ Red is a translucent lens coating for creating custom styling and can also be used to restore faded or scratched lenses. Ideal for use on taillights, side markers and motorcycle windshields. Warning: Once applied to plastic lens, VHT™ Nite-Shades™ Red cannot be satisfactorily removed. For off-road use only.

Directions:

1. PREP: Prepare the surface by removing any oil, grease, wax, or road tar. For best results wipe down with a grease and wax remover and a clean cloth to clean the surface. Mask off surrounding areas to protect from overspray. Use at temperatures between 60°F (16°C) and 95°F (35°C) and when humidity is less than 60%.
2. SHAKE: Shake can vigorously for one full minute after mixing ball moves freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
3. APPLY: To spray, hold can parallel and 8-10 inches from surface to be painted and use in an even, sweeping motion. Apply VHT Nite-Shades Red in 2-3 light coats or as many needed to achieve desired results. DO NOT APPLY HEAVILY. Each coat can be applied after 10-15 minutes of dry time. Dries to the touch in 30 minutes. Can be handled in 1 hour. Cure completely in 24 hours. Once applied to plastic, the paint cannot be satisfactorily removed. Optional: Apply a clear lacquer for added gloss and protection.

• Too many coats can result in light not showing through – please refer to directions.
• The EZ Touch Nozzle requires 50% less finger fatigue than a standard nozzle and allows for greater coverage and less overspray.
• After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out.
• If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard empty can in trash pick-up.
• Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
